My process of the Butterfly

 So this is the project I have been doing on my last canvas. It is a butterfly and I had taken some pictures. 

This was the first step.

This is the second picture I took. The first set of wings are finished.

I started the right wing.

Half of the work is done.

Finished with the upper wing.

And I sketched the lower wing.

And this is how it looks. But I still need to color the background.

My Canvas Works

I have been working on some canvas art works. I have drawn a lion, butterfly and an eye. I have got a process for Butterfly and I will show it to you at the next post.

This is the lion. It is my first official drawing of a lion.

So this is the three canvas work I have done till now.

My daily drawings

So I have been drawing more of dogs. It is getting interesting every time I draw another dog.

So these are the two dogs I have drawn recently.

I was surprised at the result. I really drew quickly without caring much but it looks quite good.

This one is not that bad. 

So I will be drawing more of the dogs and maybe I will also draw some cats!!

After drawing the dogs, I got a sudden interest in animals. So I drew a butterfly because I always wanted to. And it turned out really good.

As I had promised before. I drew some fast sketches of a German Shepard and a dog which I don't know the breed but I think it is a beagle.

And this is the dog which I think it is a beagle.

I thought drawing dogs will be really hard. Especially when I have to do it fast like a rough sketch. I get really hesitant when it comes to drawing fast. But it was not that bad. I will be practicing more of these.

My Water colored paintings

I also do water paintings. It's really fun.
I learned how to paint backgrounds, different shades, shadows, cloth, and a lot more.
And I am here to share some works with you.

This is my first water colored flower.

It is based on a photograph.

And this is my first background painting. It is also based on a photograph and it is a countryside.

This is only a practice of blending colors but I thought it is worth sharing with you.

This one is a grape and it is based on a photograph. It was all about trying to make it as realistic as I can and blending colors naturally.

This painting is based on a photograph. I drew a lotus. This was about blending colors and making different shades.

This is the latest painting I drew. It is about painting cloth. I will be doing more paintings on this topic.

It is a very old coat. 

This is all for today but there will be more water colored paintings I will display.

My daily drawings

So I have been drawing more things. I changed the way how I drew my daily drawings.
I have been choosing topics to draw but now I will be just drawing random thing without thinking a lot. Like I will just draw random lines on my paper and I will start drawing a cup like what I drew below.

After this one, I drew a roses. I was just drawing crumpling lines in a circle and it looked like a rose. So this is what I did...

And the next one is a design. I wasn't thinking to draw this but it looks quite good.

So this was what I did for my daily drawing. I will be doing fast sketches of various breeds of dogs. I thought I would have to practice with fast sketching a bit.

I started having interest on drawing cars. So I went to youtube and found some videos which showed sketching cars really easily.

This is the second car sketch I drew for my daily drawing.

And this is the third sketch of a car.

I started painting on my desk. I am painting with a poster color, since that would stay the longest. At first I was going to keep on going with my plan of making the background black. But I thought that would look too boring and dull. So I changed my plan by making my table different shades of pink! It looks pretty with leopard print I just painted.

This one is before I started putting leopard prints on it. I just made those red dots for the basic leopard printing. I did the same also on the left. 

 This is the leopard print which is finished. I just put dark outlines for realistic looking leopard print. 

 I also did the left side like this. I am going to connect these to next time by printing the middle wall of this side of the table. 

 So I am going to connect those four leopard printed lines and connect each other by painting the middle wall that says "Don't change to make someone like Y.O.U, Be yourself.." .

 This is how it looks at a different angle.

** I am planning to do different shades of pink for the entire table. That should look bright and attractive. **

Shakespeare's Plays

I have been reading some Shakespeare's original plays.

These are the ones I have read till now.

- Macbeth
- The Merchant of Venice
- Julius Caeser
- The Tempest

I liked 'The Merchant of Venice' the best.
The way how Portia saved Antonio was so amazing.

I will be reading more of the plays. I think the next one will be 'As you like'.
I hope it will be good.

My daily drawings

After drawing the street, I started looking at youtube videos.
One video caught my attention and it is about sketching cars.
It looked very interesting, so I watched it and drew one myself.

It was a bit hard because I never even dreamt to draw one. But I think I can improve on this by watching more of car sketching videos.

The reason I am looking for so many different sketches is because I want to be a designer, but don't know what type of designer. And I think searching for different type of sketch could help me find the best type of designer I want to be.

I have been drawing more of my daily drawings.
I didn't have anything particular in mind. So I just drew a street with skyscrapers standing.

I started drawing on the shelves. It is getting a bit complicated because I have to make sure that every single letter is drawn perfectly. It is challenging to me but I'm still doing it.

After also doing the shelves, I will be doing the drawers.

I was watching a video in youtube about how to draw an inside of a house with two point perspective. It was really interesting. So I tried it myself.

It's a bit messy because I didn't use an eraser to draw this. But it was fun.

My daily drawings

I get bored really quickly. So to make sure I will not get bored, I started drawing things randomly when I am bored. These drawings do not have certain topic. I just drew anything I could think of.

This is my first daily drawing. I drew this in a cafe. I have been shopping just before. So I started drawing things I saw in the mall. And this what I got! 

And this is my second drawing. I started drawing an eye because I was thinking about it before. Then I started drawing another eye. So I drew a crying woman. I think I drew those tears because I was feeling a bit moody. The right eye is a bit bigger than it is supposed to be. I think that made the drawing a bit abstract. I like this drawing. It is my favorite.
